Privacy Policy

Data needed to use the viewer

When you search, the username is sent to our service and its public-content provider, ProfileQuery, to retrieve public Stories. Do not enter passwords, private messages or other sensitive information.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver requests and prevent abuse. IP addresses are used for short-lived rate limits. We do not intentionally store search histories tied to a person or run application request logging.

Temporary content and local history

Public story metadata is cached for ten minutes. During a source outage, an explicitly marked result may be up to one hour old. Expired stories are filtered out. Metadata is removed on an hourly cleanup cycle; media is streamed and is not kept as an archive.

Your five most recent searches stay in this browser’s local storage. Clear them with Clear history. They are not synced between devices.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics and advertising are not currently enabled. If optional analytics is added, it will require consent and will not collect search inputs. See the Cookie policy.

Your choices

You can stop using the service, clear local browser storage, or contact us about privacy or removal concerns through the Contact page. Do not include sensitive information in a report. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties and changes

Cloudflare and the content provider process data under their own policies. Processing may occur in other countries. We update this page when data practices change.
