Refund policy

Lookup packs are one-time purchases in USD with no automatic renewal. A successful fresh lookup of a public profile uses 1 lookup. Cached results, private profiles, accounts not found, no current Stories and technical failures use 0 purchased lookups.

Request a review

Submit a refund request from your account within 14 days of purchase. Unused packs are eligible for a full refund. Partly used packs are reviewed for the unused portion and technical issues. Consumer rights that apply in your location remain unaffected.

Payment processing

Waffo processes payments. An approved refund returns to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunded lookups are removed from the balance. Requests require review and are not instant refunds.
